Which 3*demo should i rank up to rank 3

  People will try and tell you one is better than the other.... They are pretty much equal.
  
  In the end, the things to consider are this:
  
  
  
  1) Are they both awakened?
  
  If yes, then move to next question.
  If no, then choose the one which is awakened.
  If neither, then move to next question.
  
  
  2) What bots do you have that synergize with them?
  
  Your choice should lean towards a synergy team.
  
  
  3) Which do you prefer using?
  
  This is the fundamental deciding factor. Whichever one you enjoy using should ultimately be the one you rank. You will play better with the bot you are comfortable with.
  
  
  
  
  Remember, there is no spoon.

  i'd say there isn't a wrong answer, mainly because ranking 3* bots is so much easier now than before (alphas are everywhere now!) that it won't be long before you rank both anyway!
