Assassin Mastery. Does it still work?

Does the assassin mastery actually work? My attack should go up when the enemy is under 18% hp right? I haven't seen any visual feedback (like an attack+ icon) and I didn't notice any difference in hit points from my Bots though. Or is it possible I'm misunderstanding this mastery altogether?

    Agreed. A buff icon for this would be nice to have to show when it goes into effect.

    I have it on rank 5 and it's amazing that my Prowl can deal 2K+ damage with the single sp1 punch and 5k with a critical heavy.
