4 Star Tactician Bee in Spotted (Photo Inside)

So I was raiding this morning and ran into this guy:

I thought the only 4 star version of Bee was the G1 Scout Bee from the Hive crystal. Where did this guy come from?

    It is a quintesson base. Nobody owns it. I guess that much people were spending their chips they needed A.I bases so more raid chips could come

    I ran into a Q base yesterday with two 4* Tact Bees.
