I did a search but can't find an answer. Can the mods confirm if the bonus only +5 xp or 5% xp?

    +5 xp. Fairly useless relics, to be honest.

    You need the tiered unstable energon cubes or Matrix of Leadership (the classic version, not the Bayverse version) for a percentage increase.

    They are more like Show Off purpose like.. "See that I have done these Missions, have you? "
    So, they are really not intended to provide reasonable buffs.
