New Update Details?

Synthwave · August 2018

@Kabam Miike thanks for the update on the new 5-star cohort additions. Many of them were expected, but I was pleasantly surprised by a few showing up there.

Can you give us any new information on when the new update will drop and what the update will contain?

Thanks!

It said it in the mail

Sorry, my wording wasn't clear.

I meant when the next big update will drop and what it will contain. I know about when the 5 stars will drop, I just want to know if it will be a part of a larger update and what the larger update will contain.

Oh. That I wouldn’t know. Im just excited for the new 5*’s

Nick_80 · August 2018

I’ve been really hoping for some kind of hint or info too. It’s been a while since 6.0

The new 5s look great! I want G1 Megs or Galv!

I had comment this before the OP stated that he know about those 5* because my comment were being reviewed by the mod.

Yeah it's weird even a post containing links to Kabam's own domain needs moderation.

Thank you Kabam!

How many people think that this new update still won’t fix the overheating issues, and that it will just make it worse? To be honest, I think that they will only fix the issue when somebodies phone takes real damage from a burned out processor. Even then, it will be Apple forcing them to fix it, because I really don’t think they actually care about us players in the slightest.

KillMasterC · August 2018

So two working days have passed since the announcing mail of 7.0 and no further details. Did you rush a bit then regret it?

Synthwave · August 2018

Nah, my guess is they'll announce it as soon as the calendar goes live on the 22nd. So 2 more days.

Bumblebee · August 2018

Normally I would jump the gun and say stuff but I don’t want to be setting myself up for disappointment...

So I’ll put it here and say I’m pretty excited!

Faithz17 · August 2018

The only thing I’ll be looking forward to in this update is improvement to overheating and input/ control issues. If Kabam doesn’t introduce any more bugs with this update, that may be cause for celebration already.

Please do your testing before the updates go live. Players are not your guinea pigs.

But we don't have enough energy for that unless they reduce the spotlight consumption.

Well... you know... its permanent. not a monthly thing (act 4 if thats what the guy meant) so you have all the time in the world for energy
