T2 and T3 mod sparks

How do you obtain these for mods? I’ve only ever gotten T1 mod crystals never a T2 or T3 is there a special way to get these?

    Sell your excess T1 Mod Sparks to get T2 Mod Spark Essence.

    You don’t get t2 mod spark essence from selling t1. The only way I’ve seen to get t2 mod sparks is with $$$.

    Oh, I see they changed it in a recent update (haven’t really been checking that often). But yeah, you gotta sell 500 t1 to form one t2.
