Has anyone noticed the Sharks not acting right?

I feel it's only fair if I point out opponents defying physics to also point out when they aren't acting right and I get the advantage....
I've been playing arenas today and have noticed the Sharks aren't getting some of the buffs they're supposed to get...for instance: Brawler sharks not going unstoppable duing the Motormaster sp2, and the Tactician shark who is basically Ultra Magnus not getting his melee/energy buffs. It happened twice in a row and just wondering if anyone else had seen this.
Also, I'm not using a synergy or bot that would nullify such things.

-Sharks too smart to counter with perfect combination of ranged and melee attack.
-Sharks counterattack better than any other bots' AI.
-Sharks really have advanced AI on them.
