I didn't get my crystal

So I bought a Hot rod crystal on the raid store for 30,000 Raid chips but I never got my crystal. So I'm very confused what happened but I would really like my crystal back. :(

    Hey There!

    Before we start to look into this, have you tried closing the game out and opening it up again? This usually solves the problem of missing items!

    I also purchased the Megatron crystal pack and didn't get my crystals but my account sure got charged wasn't happy at all

    Nevermind retried and actually got the 4 star Megatron

    Yea I tried that but I still don't have it. :( I hope I get my crystal back because I spent hours saving raid chips.
