Ad not closing

I have been getting a few ads that won't close when the video is done (Root Car insurance is one)

I have to fully close out the app.

    I can’t close that ad.

    You have to manually hit that little "X" in the upper right corner. On some touch screens it can be a bit of a pain

    On SD625 devices (moto g5s plus, Motorola ONE, etc) when you play adverts you'll sometimes get a completely WHITE screen, followed by NOTHING.

    Yes, you have to close F2F and hope it doesn't happen again.

    iPad mini 3, iOS 11.4.1, every other ads works except the one I posted here.

    The Ad I've been getting that won't close is for Golf Rival. The back button doesn't work, the X doesn't work. The only thing in the ad that does work is the Install button. I have to close out of the game to get rid of the ad, and sometimes it's still offering the ad when I log back in, and at least once, it was the same ad on offer. I don't get the energon for watching the ad.
