Disappearing Ore

I just duped my 3* Ratchet and the class ore is no where to be found. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Have you tried to close and restart the game? This usually solves the problem. If it does not show up in your Inventory or Stash after that, then please send a ticket to our support team and they can have it looked into!
