Dash Counter Bug?

Anyone else noticing that after sidestepping a melee dash, sometimes when you counter attack, it doesn't register and the opponent just attacks again?

Never noticed this before, now happening regularly in all game modes (not related to ninja difficulty AI) and seems only after the recent update?

    Yeah multiple times I’ve watched the camera just completely flip around and allow them to combo out of nowhere.

    I see this a lot. I've just sort of learned to live with it. It forces you to ensure you're in the center of the fighting area as much as possible so that rotation handicap doesn't strike.
