PBC update to include Soundwave, Prowl, etc, is cool, but does it ALSO apply to shard PBC?

  Thank you, waiting to get my 3* Ultra Magnus awaken. I recently got a UM from Rage Crystal and found him very useful (fast tap-heavy setup, strong armor break which ignores MVOP's sig and crashes Grindor very quickly, long normal reach just like Grindor's). I preferred to consume an alpha on him over Soundwave
