Actually... ratchet’s heavy does not have to land to trigger his regen/power gain. It just can’t get interrupted. (View Post)

It will actually woke beautifully against prowls SP2 since it is a 2 hit special. It only activates if you avoid the first hit then it would potentially kick in on the 2nd hit (View Post)
