Class use tech event not working

All of my alliance has used techs today & the game is not rewarding for it in the event. Force closing the game & restarting isn’t showing a change at all. I’ve leveled up a Tech, a full round of arena & special mission & still no points showing.

Can you explain what these screenshots are? Are you seeing the top, then later the bottom one? I'll ask somebody to look into this

It will show contributions to the event but no rewards have been given out. Restart the game & all contributions have disappeared & say we haven’t got any milestones again

Sorry for the late reply! We're still investigating the situation. We thought we had it fixed, but apparently that is not correct.
