Kabam is not filling a purchase order worth $100, buy at your own risk

Bought sets of PBC (10) x 3 and gold crystals and when I went to cash them I got an image of no crystals available and they were all gone. Kabam has done nothing to resolve this. Buy at your own risk.

Have you restarted your app?

Alright, let's take a deep breath. Can you please tell me what actually happened? What did you purchase, when did you purchase it, and what happened when you restarted your game?

Spamming the forums will not result in you getting help any quicker, but we are here to help you.

EDIT: Also, if you have sent in a Support ticket, can you let me know what the 8 Digit Support Ticket number is?

Hey @Triple_tap,

After seeing this post from another Commander, I have a hunch. http://forums.transformersforgedtofight.com/discussion/comment/29969/#Comment_29969

Can you please open your Inventory and see if the Crystals somehow ended up in there?
