Will Kabam Add This Bot To The Game?

I wanted to know if KABAM will actually add these bots that I like. They include Jazz, Lockdown and Crosshairs.
Jazz:
Class-Tech
-Shield Blast (SP1)
You guys know that Jazz actually has a shield that blasts both fire and ice. Has 25% to stun the opponent.
-Decepticon Punk (SP2)
Kind of similar to Grindor’s SP2 cuz instead of hitting with that weird helicopter thing how about hitting opponent with Jazz’s shield and shooting him with that thin gun he has. Has 35% to burn the opponent for 6 seconds.
-Oh, Jazz (SP3)
Jazz’s thin gun is also kinda used for pinching so like megatrons SP3 just hit the opponent with Jazz’s sheild and blast fire or ice from his shield to the opponent and then with his thin gun pinch and fire. Has 45% to bleed the opponent for 10 seconds.

He has that cape he wears and simply Swooshing and fliping his cape to the opponent. 15% to make the opponent dizzy for 3 seconds.
-Underdog SUCK (SP2)
Kind of like Hound’s SP2 so he shoots many times and many many times. 20% chance to burn the opponent for 7 seconds.
-Skydive (SP3)
Remember the scene in AOE Crosshairs raged cuz of the Decepticons around his ship. So he skydived and killed them. SP3 same as that move. 30% chance to stun the opponent for 10 seconds.
