Game crashing on Moto G5 (Android)

help me guys, the game is always crashing when I try to get into a fight, since last month more or less this is happening, and apparently not only with me because in evaluations in the play store, and some other rare here in the forums, all q have Moto G5, seem to be with the same problem, already tried to open space, release ram etc. But I just know it's impossible to play this
