I earned a 3 star bot crystal and went to open it, but it bugged out and kept spinning. I reopened the game and I lost my crystal. What happened?

    I'm sorry this happened, Big! Our Support team can help clear the air! You can reach them via the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the Fight. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.
