Running on iOS 12.2 on iPad Mini 4 (same issue on iPhone X with iOS 12.2)
Trying to Forge some Mods for the 3-Day Bot Leven and Rank Up Event, but Forging under Mods is locked for me.
States that I do not have enough Mods to Forge when I clearly do.
Example 1. trying to forge 2* Repair Module into a 4*
Example 2. just checking Nightbird's Mark with the same issue.
All my Mods.

☝️ - known bug... get your arena on today.. the first milestone should give you the 1* mod.
Unfortunately, as stated by Voltron, it is in fact a known a issue. However, I can't remember correctly if this has been mentioned before on the forums or if it's just been awhile, but you can get a 1-Star Mod by reaching out to the team via the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the Fight. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.
