Megatron starting battle with unstoppable buff

The past two times I've encountered a 3 star megatron in arena, he has started the match with an unstoppable buff.

Did something change? I don't see anything listed in his abilities about it.

I thought maybe it was a mastery, but only megs got the buff, the other 2 bots in the series did not.

    I'm dropping in to ask why Prowl can sometimes stun with range shots. It isn't mentioned in his abilities and either in his synergies.
