Sig Programs and Item Use

Hi @Kabam Miike can you comment on the sig programs being added to the item use event? This past event they did not count towards item use but I believe they should. Lets make it happen!

This is something that we are looking into, but are just dealing with some technical limitations. Rest assured, this is something that we want as well.
