Why no Hound chips from Dino deal?

I already had him and the deal said we get a 4* Dino and an awakening program. Wouldn’t that qualify for 10k in chips since I already had a 4* Dino?

    Check your inventory. They should have appeared there automatically. It just doesn't show the same way as a crystal spin.

    Yeah, I restarted the app too. Wish there were a way to check so I could be positive about not loosing my marbles.
