T3a drop rates is off in fortress crystals

You need twice t4b than t3a for upgrades, thus it would be logical that drop rates for t3a should be half what they are for t4b.

Fortress crystals are giving me t3a 70% of the time and this happens to all l60 players I know.

Are you saying l60 Commanders or AM level 60 difficulty? I'm a l60 commander and I've gotten one T3a in probably 20 crystals. Most of the time I get t4b shards, we play difficulty 48 in AM.
