How do I get titan fragments/necrotronus?

I've been away for about a year.

I had no idea they released new character...

Is there any possible way to get him right now?
Or is he just same like tronus, who I remember was limited.

And if you have any news for me, feel free to throw!

    Titan Fragments come from AM you primarily. Very attainable IMO.

    It can be obtained from bot crystals and fragments in alliance missions.

    4 star versions can be obtained by bot crystals. 5 star is via fragments. Fragments are through AM, Act 4 completion, daily mission when AM is not going, and legends of cybertron completion (can't remember which one but at least the 3rd one).
