Missing loyalty

kabam I'm missing my loyalty. i know that i had about 250 in loyalty last night before i went to bed but now i have 0, what happen to it?

You got 250 gold. Loyalty is not used for anything anymore.

Better way to go about it would probably have been a nice message from kabam with the gold attached. Would explain some things.
