Stun on Ratchet Sp3

I'm not sure why, or whether or not it's meant to be this way, but sometimes his sp3 stuns the opponent, but the stun doesn't even last as it starts and ends while in the sp3 animation

Or maybe it's the critical hit stun per shock stack. But nevertheless, why's it so short ?

It's his stun shock melee deal he has it's always short your not normally watching a movie when it happens tho

I think they fixed it recently, but it was his crit rate buff that wasn't going long enough when you used your red special. Now it runs a lot longer after the animation of the sp3 has finished. My maxed 2 star Ratchet says it runs a 50% crit hit rate for 16 seconds.

Not sure about my lvl 30 3 star though; I'll have to check.
