Grindor Heavy Rework

I was just thinking Grindors heavy kinda counteracts his signature ability. When you do his heavy it can cause a power lock but his special 2 does more damage based on the enemies stored power. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

    Power lock is when paired with barricade synergy and it's once a match

    I have a pretty good idea. Both my 2 and 3 star version are awakened. I was just questioning about one aspect.
