3* Mod Crystal giving Premium Mod Shards!!!!

Anyone else experience this???? This is like a 3* bot crystal giving premium bot crystal shards. It explicitly says 3* mod guaranteed. How does giving premium crystal shards guarantee a 3*.





*Edit: Mods please close this thread after a closer review i realized there is a bug but its visual and not with the crystal. Instead of extending, the shattered lands crystal hides and it looked like it was a 3* mod crystal.

That's the shattered crystal... the 3* mod crystal is on left and u don't have enough shards to use it
