Shouldn't Waspinator and other bots be coming into the PBC

This may just be me but it's Been about 3 months shouldn't the Charecters like Waspinator and Soundwave be added to the PBC by now ?

    Indeed, Kabam. Please add Prowl, Soundwave and Waspinator to the PBC. I realy like Prowl, and i've been hunting him in limited-time Crystals for a lot of time... i hope he ever hits the Premium Bot Crystal.
