I just need Ultra Magnus, Grimlock, Drift and Shockwave to complete my roster.

Ratchet (seriously, I have Barricade 7 times, IH 5 times. WTF Kabam)

Grimlock
Shockwave

So from what I know there are currently 25 3* bots in the game.

i dunno but it seems to me that when he says you are "missing quite a few more", he is saying you dont have a lot of them. there are 25 3* bots possible and you only have 7.

He means, you said you only needed 4 more bots to complete your roster, but you need way more than that. Even with the 4 bots you want you're still not at 50%

Had them all but forged about half into my 4*s already. 3* are old news for higher tier players unfortunately. If you have them forged to 100 then they can still compete at a higher level but might as well be forging them into 4*s at that point anyway.
