Alliance event reward went missing

I checked a recently completed Alliance event, we came 1st in "Arena Perfect Series".
I checked the rewards, it said "claim" but I didn't claim there.
I then went out to the Rewards tab in my Stash. I claimed everything there, but noticed the Alliance event reward was not listed there, so I went back to the event page to claim it, but now it says "claimed"!!!
I checked my mail, went through all 7 unread messages, everything "claimed".
Rebooted the game, still no change.
I checked my Ore, I don't have any 4525 ore. I checked my shards, I don't even have 1250 total. I checked my shields, I still have 4/5 from before the event.
This is a really bad bug, do not claim from rewards tab in stash!

Support, how do I get my prize back?!
I don't know what else I may have lost. The other completed event was just a 1-star bot Crystal for finishing 4th (somehow that gave us lowest leaderboard tier reward), but I can't verify if I received that or not.

Oh that would be annoying. Can you please send a ticket to our support team and ask them to look into this for you? They have the ability to investigate and rectify this if there is an issue.

I'll make sure this makes it to our QA team to look into as well.
