Shockwave too weak

I believe that there's already a thread on this but I think that shockwave is incredibly weak compared to the other bots. His signature rarely activates. His health and attack is very low and repair block only works on a handful of bits in specific cases. I think he needs a buff

Maybe if his heavy attack was a tiny bit faster it would resolve this, making it just a bit less likely to be dodged.

He's a pretty good bot already, but using him is different to most bots. He really shines against Mega, Wasp, Arce, Mirage to an extent... bots that are primarily ranged attackers.

There will be more bots in the future that have repeat skill, so his repair block will be more useful over time. I agree that now it's pretty limited though

He's actually kinda average if paired with tech bot synergies. But face it, those synergies aren't that good
