Harm restarts after timer ends

Harm was moved to a timer instead of infinite harm, but I just discovered that when the timer ends, if the AI does a special attack (which normally adds one stack of bleed) the timer begins all over again. I'm sure this isn't intended, so hopefully it can go onto the list of fixes for the next update

Harm Accelerator is crazy overpowered so I'd say, keep it even if it's a glitch. If it's a nerf, then thank goodness, we've needed it.
