Unstoppable making bots invulnerable?

I've noticed this mainly with megatron when I'm raiding. His unstoppable procs and I don't damage him. It'll proc mid special attack and not only will he take no damage from the rest of the special, but he also immediately follows up with heavy that I can't dodge because I'm still locked into the special animation.

But if you're in special animation you're already invulnerable. That's why if Soundwave reflect Meg or IH's S2, only the last reflected hit will possibly hit them.

You can't dodge because they'll time their attack so it hits you right as your animation wears off.
