Game resetting

in Bugs and Known Issues
2 times in a row I finish the daily for shards. I beat the final boss and the game resets, no shards but my energy is sure gone. Common really guys?

    The class daily ("Scout Skirmish") or the Spark Trials? Is it the Easy or the Medium version you're having a problem on? What device?

    I'm able to finish them properly...
