Do you mean Reward #3? As in, the 2-Star Optimus Prime? That one is sent at level 10, but the 1st and 2nd package come together in the first message

I just checked with the team. In Portuguese, the message only says #1, but it includes both #1 and #2. It included the 1-Star Bumblebee.

Ok #3 cpmes with lvl10 i read, when i get #1 and #2? I preregistered but after installing the game i got nothing, have linked the game with google play

Hey everybody,

Just a heads up that there was an error with some translated messages that incorrectly said that you only received prize package #1, and then the one for #3, but not mentioning that #2 is included in the first message, but they are indeed in there. #2 is the one that includes a 1-Star Bumblebee, as well as some gold and Ore-13.
