Did the knight crystal limits suddenly change?

My store says 10 5 and 2 as the limits for Tier 1,2 and 3 crystals respectively.

I'm pretty sure it's displayed 2 as the limit for all 3 the entire raid until the last few hours of the event.

I would have played differently had I known of these new purchase limits... and there was no announcement

I think the change is great in general.. but there's just not enough time to do anything with it now.. so.. let's extend the event?
