Why can't we be notified when we get banned ?¿

I was wondering Kabam why can't we be notified when we get banned becuz I would like to get notified when I get banned instead of thinking there's something wrong with the game or if my phone is messing up so I was wondering if u can notify us when get banned and how long instead a surprise u got banned out of nowhere plz can u notified when we get banned plz&thx Kabam :)

    This would help us to know that when were banned and how long and when u get unbanned plz notified when we get banned so we have a heads up on things plz&thx u Kabam
