I was on global asking my friend how to make the upside down question mark when all of a sudden I got chat banned

So as I was saying can I please be unchat banned because I’m hoping it’s not permanent

Secondly, ive been chat banned for over 8 days now. This is super frustrating, because i cant chat with alliance members or friends, and i know i didnt do anything wrong. Plz fix this @Kabam Miike
