They all have ratings. Is it, "Hey, we have 6000 points, we're great!" or more like, "We're #1, we're #1!!!"
I have no idea what that number means, and I can't find any guidance on it in the game, but it's one of only two pieces of information presented about Alliance choices... that, and how many people are in the Alliance. What does it mean???
