What is the meaning of stars/rearity in bots?

its only meaning how rear the bot is or also resemble how much powerfull the bot is?higher the stars,more powerful the card?

    In some cases you can get a common bot with a lot of stars and you can get a bot like mixmaster who's a bit hard to get in 4 stars and that would make it a rare and powerful bot

    The higher the tier (number of stars) the stronger the bot when fully maxed.
