Special mission grimlock power flow recharge bug

Grimlocks power flow boost regenerates every 7.5 seconds instead of 15 sec in the special mission expert. Anybody else have an issue with this

    I think it’s 15 secs from when it starts. Lasts for 7.5 secs so 7.5 secs cool down would be correct.

    Over a week.. it would be nice if this was fixed.

    It shouldn't start recharging before it expires, doesn't even make sense logically.

    According to the current function, if it said recharges in 7.5 seconds it would have permanent up time. If it said recharges in 3.5 seconds he would start stacking buffs.

    I also don't remember seeing a recharge timer.
