Can't do first raid

Hey, I went in to do my first raid, but quit back out to the main menu a few times to check the class vulnerabilities wheel. However, it seems that doing that used up all the starting raid tickets that the game gave me, even though I didn't actually start any raids.
Now I can't do my first raid, but that also means the raid section of the store where (I assume) I could buy more tickets hasn't unlocked yet, so I'm completely locked out of raids.
Can you provide any help, Kabam?
I'm playing on Android 6.0.1 on an Xperia Z5 Compact.
