How Do I Load My Game Profile onto and New iPad

My old iPad is destroyed. My iPad did not save things to the cloud as I had too much and did not pay for extra cloud space.
I was able to access my two MCoC accounts but cannot get the TF2F account on. I tried my three emails I've used and the best I can do is get new pofiles made.
Is there a way I can submit my gamer name (Rampage Jackson) to management and get some aid on what I am doing wrong?
