How to claim bots from PAX East?

Hey everyone,
So i went and signed up for FtF at Pax East! I got the email yesterday regarding a couple special bots that I could claim upon downloading the game, but I don't see any option to claim them. Does anyone know how I could go about doing this?

Glad to see one of our visitors from PAX is here! We might have met there briefly. You'll be able to get the 1-Star Bumblebee shortly after finishing the tutorial through the in game mail message system, and the 2-Star Optimus the same way, but only when you cross over to level 10.
