Raid store and battle center not unlocking

Hi I am level 13 and the raid store is not unlocking even though it's suppose to unlock at commander level 7

    My battle center is suppose to unlock at level 7 but im level 10 and its still locked???

    Hey there Dongdong! Out of curiosity, have you completed your first raid yet? Once you've completed your first Raid, you should have access to your Battle Center.
