[SUGGESTION] Message sending in Alliance

Developers is it possible to add send button in alliance to send message to alliance memebers for better communication.

There is an alliance section in your chat menu

I know..but there r chances that alliance members miss the message/announcement if he/she didn't read the chat in alliance chat section..if there is a message option then they get the notification for message.

Best solution is use line telegram or another outside communication app, with limited character ect game chat is just not conducive to long term communication
