"Unknown error"+not being able to join AM after reopening the game

The "unknown error" happened in alliance missions, map 6 and in expert special missions (according to a player)
When I closed and reopened the game, I couldn't join AM any more
My leader can't even move. Please fix this problem as soon as possible
