PBC Bots Avaliability

I was wondering if anybody has found Grimlock, Arcee and/or Prowl on PBCs. I have only seen Arcee on my roulette, so I'm not sure if the bots avaliability depends on what bots/mods the roulette shows or if it doesn't matter.

    Grimlock, Prowl, Starscream, Megatron, Waspinator, and Soundwave are in the game but are not playable at this time.

    Guess I'll focus on getting Arcee and/or Motormaster, then. Thanks.
