    lol it's not normal there has been various visual glitches where bots have been spectators of matches ect but that's a new one if u goto crystals u will see grimlock come up that way as reward shown but never shown up when spun ect

    The graphics also became very bad all of a sudden. Wasn't like this when I first installed

    That's certainly not expected! Are you able to reproduce this, or did it clear up after closing and restarting the app?

    What Bot(s) were you using?
    What occurred just before this issue?
    Did you experience any connectivity issues during your play session?
    What device and OS were you using?
    What version of the game are you playing?

    Any other details that you can provide will be greatly helpful!
